Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Short answer: nope. Long answer: still nope 😎. Every Qijilr piece is crafted as a one-of-a-kind — like a baby with its own birth certificate. Once it’s yours, it’s truly yours.
What if my jewelry is damaged during shipping?
That’s rare, but if it happens, send us photos within 7 days. We’ll review and see how to make it right — because broken vibes aren’t part of our philosophy.
Can I wear Qijilr jewelry in the shower?
Sure… if you want to turn your bathroom into a nightclub 🪩. But we recommend keeping it dry so it lasts longer than your shampoo.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to: US, Europe (EU countries), China, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. We’re expanding — Singapore, Japan, and Canada are also on the list 🌍. Not on the list? Does each piece come with a certificate?
→ Yes. Every Qijilr piece comes with its own certificate of identity — think of it as your jewelry’s birth record.
Can I eat my pendant?
Technically, no. Spiritually, also no. Please don’t. 👀
Is my payment secure?
→ 100%. We use encrypted payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) so your details are always protected. What currencies do you accept? → Payments are processed in USD by default, but your bank may allow local currency conversion.
